This position requires a strong math background and experience in the field of engineering.  This individual must have the ability to facilitate a hands-on learning environment that aligns engineering concepts with core high school curriculum.

This position requires an ability to structure and facilitate fine arts curriculum and programming.  This individual must be able to manage recording arts, dance, theater, and culinary arts curriculum and personnel.  This position requires a highly energetic individual that has the ability to collaborate with others.

This position requires an individual with a deep level of organizational knowledge and experience.  This individual must have the ability to lead leaders, navigate the political atmosphere that surrounds private and individual charter schools, organize and interpret educational data, develop and maintain district / network organizational strategies, and work with large scale budgets.  This position requires a life commitment and has a high level of accountability.  This individual will have hiring and firing authority second only to the OUISN Founder and Board of Directors.

This position represents network administration.  This candidate must be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effective with students and parents, staff, and community stakeholders.  The Director of Academic Affairs and Operations must develop academic schedules with individual small school administration and staff, maintain OPEPs on a school-wide level as a function of collaboration with the Director of Enrollment and Student Services, and develop / maintain systems of operations regarding all independent network schools.This position is a life commitment that requires long hours and extreme self-directed abilities to meet timelines.

This position requires experience in the field of athletics.  The candidate must have knowledge and experience coaching, creating personal fitness plans, and sports management.

This position requires an understanding of corporate America, business, and industry.  This individual must have the ability to facilitate a hands-on learning environment that aligns business curriculum with core high school courses.

This position requires experience in the field of education and an understanding of law concepts.  This individual must have experience developing teachers in an urban setting.

The candidate must have the ability to lead an environment for students in need of a behaviorally therapeutic environment.  The High School of Transformation and Leadership requires a leader that can develop and monitor a highly structured environment that offers an individual education program for each student.
