| Principal / DeanDescription: Principal of 2 Small High Schools: High School of Business, High School of Teacher Education, Educational Leader, Network Director
Responsibilities: This position requires supervision of all school-wide activities, development of project-based learning environments, teaching, strategic planning, data collection regarding state & federal requirements, facilitation regarding the development and assessment of organizational goals and objectives, system-wide record keeping & processes associated, supervision & evaluation of staff, collaboration regarding academic programming / assessment / goal setting, and execution of tasks as assigned by the OUISN President.
This individual must demonstrate the ability to work within a project-based learning environment aligned with an early college / dual enrollment model of education. The individual selected for this position will be directly responsible for the success of day to day activities. This individual must have demonstrated the capacity to successfully lead an educational organization. This position is a year round commitment.
Requirements: The candidate must have experience as a certified educator, hold a masters degree in administrative leadership or an equivalent. This individual must also have training in techniques regarding strategic collaboration.
This position opened January 10, 2008 and will remain open until filled.
